Continuing Education Course Requirements, Policies, and Procedures

Jurisdictional Requirements

Khaki Feeds Babies, LLC licensing requirements vary by jurisdiction, are not well defined, and may change. We recommend you contact your licensing board or accrediting the latest continuing education requirements of your state or territory.

 

Course Completion Requirements

After completing course and quiz, you may immediately print your CE certificate of completion. In the event of loss, there is no charge for a replacement copy of a CE certificate.

 

Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation of pre-sale for an online course, please provide written notice by letter or email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will refund you the full course fee. If you cannot give notice within 24 hours, a credit towards a future course of equal value would apply. If you sign-up after a course has launched, no refund will be provided.

To request cancellation of a live course, please provide written notice by letter or email within 21 days of the course. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you will receive 50% back up to 10 days before the course. Any cancellations within 10 days will be charged full course fees.

In the event that a course is discontinued within 30 days of purchase but before the participant completes a certificate, a full refund or credit toward another course will be issued.

Grievance Procedure

Khaki Feeds Babies, LLC is committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with accreditation agencies and boards. Khaki Feeds Babies, LLC will comply with all responsibilities to be nondiscriminatory in activities, program content, and in treatment of participants.

While Khaki Feeds Babies, LLC attempts to ensure fair treatment of all participants, we recognize grievances that may require intervention. You may file a complaint by email. Email: khakifeedsbabies@gmail.com. All grievances must be filed within 30 days of completion of the course.
